Supination

Supination, also known as underpronation, is the opposite of pronation where the feet don't roll inward enough. Wearing the wrong type of shoe will lead to painful shins and joints, or even injury.

Dimensions & Effects: The sole confirms in general to the lasted upper (I-ROC last with the upper lasted on it). It does, however, have special dimensions that give it the 3D shape on the top and the bottom. This special geometry enables the sole to perform like corrective footwear addressing all of the problems mentioned above.

Pressure points: Due to the shape of the sole, the foot experiences pressure in the arch and the toe areas. There is also some pressure exerted under the big toe when the foot has been extended (step taken forward). This unique method of applying the pressure under the arch aligns the arch area and thus helps in reducing or sometimes completely eliminating plantar fasciitis. Walking with the I-ROC shoe is similar to walking barefoot on sand.
